Skylift Garage Doors – Garage Door & Opener Giveaway – Raleigh Spring Home Show 2026

Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Skylift Garage Doors (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Giveaway is open to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Skylift Garage Doors are not eligible to win.

3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted during the Raleigh Downtown Home Show, held January 23–25, 2026.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on January 25, 2026.

4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form at the Skylift Garage Doors booth during the event.
Limit one entry per person.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a garage door and garage door opener package with an approximate retail value of up to $3,000.

• Winner may select a new garage door style from options offered by Skylift Garage Doors
• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable
• No substitutions permitted
• Prize includes standard residential garage door, garage door opener, and standard installation only

Any costs exceeding $3,000 — including but not limited to upgraded door styles, specialty materials, insulation upgrades, custom colors, windows, decorative hardware, track modifications, electrical work, or structural changes — are the sole responsibility of the winner and must be paid prior to installation.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted by phone using the number provided at entry.
Failure to respond within five (5) business days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Installation Requirements
Installation must take place within Skylift Garage Doors’ normal service area and is subject to site inspection, permitting requirements, product availability, and scheduling constraints. If the installation location is deemed unsafe, non-compliant, or unsuitable, the prize may be forfeited at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Installation timelines are not guaranteed.

8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to receipt of the prize.

9. Release, Waiver, and Hold Harmless
By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skylift Garage Doors, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the giveaway, acceptance of the prize, installation, or use of the garage door and opener.

10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical, human, or mechanical errors. Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.

11. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Skylift Garage Doors permission to use their name, likeness, and installation images for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Use of Entry Information
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information by Skylift Garage Doors for purposes related to the giveaway and future marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Force Majeure
Sponsor shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, weather events, government actions, or natural disasters.

14. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity of the giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law and Venue
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
